In Romania, in order to acquire legal validity, translated documents need notary legalization of the sworn translators’ specimen signature.

The notary is legally bound to check the authenticity of the specimen signature and the stamp of sworn translator based on the professional certificate.

After translating the texts proper, upon our customers’ request, they are sent in utmost conditions of confidentiality, to the notary public office with which we collaborate in order to be registered and legalized according to the applying legislation.

Acts and documents may be legalized in one or several copies, and the cost of the legalization fee is not included in the price of the translation service.
